Collector Notes for the Mazda RX-7 (FD3S)
SA collectors rate the Mazda RX-7 (FD3S) on three things: casting accuracy, wheel choice and condition honesty. This page lists the exact spec for this release – match it against any example you are offered, because reissues and lookalike castings are common in this segment.
Buying Checklist
- Confirm the toy number and collector number against the spec table above.
- For carded examples, check blister clarity – yellowed blisters age worse than cards.
- Loose collectors should inspect for play wear on corners and roof edges.
- Use our condition grading guide to judge whether the asking price is fair.
